Sherwood Schwartz Signed Gilligan's Island Cast Photo

This vintage-style color photograph is hand-signed by Sherwood Schwartz, the creator and producer of Gilligan's Island. The image shows the full cast gathered aboard a boat by the lagoon, pairing the series' familiar ensemble with the autograph of the television producer behind it.

Schwartz's signature appears in black marker along the upper edge, beside partially cropped inscription writing identified as "Best wishes." This is a photo signed by Sherwood Schwartz, not a cast-signed photograph.

Trimmed condition: The photograph has been cropped along the upper edge, cutting through part of the inscription. The trimming may have removed a personalized portion, but the missing wording cannot be confirmed. Please review the full-view and close-up photographs for the effect on the writing and signature area.

The measurement photograph shows the item's current trimmed dimensions rather than its original, untrimmed size. Please use the pictured ruler references when planning a mat or frame; this is not offered as a standard untrimmed 8x10 photograph.

A distinctive collectible for fans of Gilligan's Island and classic television production history. The trimmed edge is reflected in the asking price.

Provenance

This listing comes from a large autograph collection that was assembled primarily during the early years of online autograph trading, with many pieces originally purchased from reputable eBay sellers of the time. The collection was stored in boxes for approximately 10–20+ years before being acquired and sorted. Because of the long storage period and the era in which these items were obtained, many signatures represent earlier or vintage examples of the signer's autograph style. The collection includes a mix of items with original Certificates of Authenticity as well as pieces acquired without paperwork, which is typical of collections built during that period. Any available documentation, purchase notes, or COAs will be included when known. Each item has been individually reviewed and is being offered as part of this larger vintage assortment.

Authenticity & Returns

Every autograph we sell is backed by our personal guarantee of authenticity. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Your satisfaction is our priority at Northwest Cascade Collectibles.
