About Us

Welcome to the official online storefront for Northwest Cascade Collectibles. While our direct storefront is new, we bring years of established industry experience under the NWCascadeCollectibles name as a Top-Rated eBay seller with nearly 2,000 successful transactions and an unblemished 100% positive feedback record.

About Our Collection & Authentication

The majority of the inventory at Northwest Cascade Collectibles was assembled prior to the modern COA boom — an era when autograph collecting operated on trust, reputation, and community knowledge rather than formalized certification. While many items in our collection carry Certificates of Authenticity, it is important to understand that many of those COAs predate today's industry standards and may not meet the requirements of current major authentication services.

Sending this entire collection through today's authentication pipeline would be near impossible given the volume involved and the substantial fees and time constraints associated with physical third-party review. Rather than inflate prices to cover that cost or hold inventory back indefinitely, we pass those savings directly to you — and give you the choice. Purchase confidently under our personal authenticity guarantee, or submit any item to a reputable third-party authenticator or dealer of your choosing for independent verification.

Guarantee & Return Policy

  • 30-Day General Return Window: Return any item within 30 days of receipt in its original condition for a full refund — no hassle.

  • Extended Window for Authentication: Because third-party authentication services can often take months to complete physical review, we will gladly extend your return window to accommodate active processing times. Simply notify us upon purchase or within your initial 30 days that you are submitting the item for third-party review.

  • Authenticity Return Terms: If an item fails physical verification, we will issue a 100% full refund upon return of the item along with an official rejection letter, receipt, or proof of services rendered from a recognized full-service authenticator (PSA, JSA, Beckett, ACOA, or an established reputable dealer).

  • Physical Examination Required: Quick online assessment/opinion services (e.g., QuickOpinion, digital photo-based reviews, or informal online checks) do not qualify as grounds for an authenticity return. Official returns require physical examination by an authorized service or dealer.

  • Transparent Provenance & Condition: We disclose all available background details, including instances where documentation is limited or absent. Every item is described clearly, including any visible flaws.

  • Certificates of Authenticity (COA): Original COAs are included and photographed whenever available with the original item.
