Some pieces include certificates of authenticity, but many come from large legacy collections assembled long before the modern COA boom. In those eras, collectors often relied on smaller or now‑defunct authentication companies that may not meet today’s industry standards.

With such a large, established inventory, it isn’t practical, or cost‑effective, to pre‑authenticate every item within our inventory. Doing so would add significant grading and encapsulation fees to each piece.

By offering items raw, we keep prices low and give you the flexibility to pursue third‑party authentication and encapsulation (ACOA, PSA/DNA, Beckett, or JSA) only if you choose. This approach ensures you pay for authentication only when it matters to you.
