Every listing includes high-definition front and back photographs for maximum clarity, so buyers know exactly what they're receiving before they purchase. High-resolution images can sometimes overstate minor flaws — customer feedback consistently notes that items arrive in better condition than anticipated.

30-Day Inspection Guarantee: Every item is guaranteed authentic with a 30-day money-back inspection period from delivery. If you are not satisfied in any way within that window, you will receive a full refund.

Extended TPA Window: For high-value items submitted for formal grading, we extend your return window upon request. Contact us within the initial 30 days and provide your TPA submission/order number. If issued a formal written rejection after full physical authentication, return the item in original condition for a 100% refund.

Note: Extensions and refunds apply only to full physical evaluations by any known and widely accepted authenticator. Quick opinions, email assessments, or unaccredited services do not qualify.

International Orders

All international sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on orders shipped outside the United States. This policy exists due to the high cost of international return shipping, customs complications, and the risk of loss or damage in transit.

If your item arrives damaged or is significantly different from the listing description, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review each case individually and work toward a fair resolution.
